A2: Hidden Creek Verdelho 2022, Granite Belt GI; crush & destem with gentle press extraction, cold settled and then fermented in stainless steel, at end of fermentation 25% transferred to new French oak hogshead. Remaining 75% in SS Tank. Oak portion remained in barrel for 4 months with intermittent lees stirring.
