	Marsanne Viognier 2008 Exotic aromas of herb and apple/pears are followed by a tingling fresh and spicy taste that make this ideal with a range of fresh foods such as seafood. These varieties are commonly blended in the Rhone Valley, France. Gold Medal
	Shiraz Viognier 2008 A deep crimson colour, perfumed rich raspberry aroma and rich full rounded taste make this an ideal match to soft rich foods such as lamb and veal. This blend, done during fermentation, of a little white Viognier with a powerful crop of Shiraz is a common technique in the northern Rhone Valley, France. Will cellar well for the medium/long term. 	Chardonnay 2007 Made in an austere minimal oaked style, the flavour is nonetheless complex with white peach character. Whilst full flavoured the taste is crisp and fresh. Excellent with complex lighter foods such as char grilled seafood and white meats. Silver Medal
	Verdelho 2008 Perfumed exotic tropical fruits and lychee aroma is followed by a fresh soft taste that is ideal as an aperitif or accompaniment to fresh "luncheon" foods. Verdelho originates on the Portugese island Madeira and has transplanted very successfully to Australia and Queensland's Granite Belt in particular. Bronze Medal
	Merlot 2007 Aromas of ripe berry, tomato jam and toffee are intense and complex in style and considered "text book" characters for Merlot. The taste is medium bodied with firm dry tannins and matches well to meat dishes such as classic "beef and bearnaise". This wine was hand harvested from the Eukey Rd vineyard at the front of the estate. Will cellar for the medium/long term.
	Shiraz 2008 Ripe rich berry and chocolate aromas are followed by a full rich rounded taste that makes this a great match with full flavoured hearty dishes such as casseroles. Will cellar well for the medium term. Trophy winner - Best overall wine at the Queensland Wine Awards
